WHO WE ARE
VA House of Speed program was designed to offer exceptionally talented and committed athletes in our track & field program the ability to compete on a wider, national scale, particularly through the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Junior Olympics in ages 7 to 18 years old.
Our program caters towards all available track distances and field events (including throwing events). The VA House of Speed goal is to give individualized instruction, maximize our student-athletes’ development, and provide opportunities for personal growth both on and off the track.
The VA House of Speed coaches all have collegiate Track & Field experience, and they have been coaching student-athletes for years prior to the formation of the club. Some of the coaches’ accomplishments include:

Competitions require travel during the fall and spring seasons, culminating in the AAU Junior Olympics and Track & Field National Championships.
The VA House of Speed builds our athletes physically, psychologically and socially. We practice 3-4 days each week depending on the season in various locations in northern Virginia, just south of Washington, DC.

The House of Speed Travel Track team has had a spectacular season so far with more to come this summer as we head to the 2023 AAU National Junior Olympic Championship Meet in Des Moines, Iowa starting July 29th! Of the 32 athletes who competed in the Regional Qualifier meet – 24 athletes qualified for the Championships!
We have approximately 75% of our team or success rate for our athletes making it to the National Championships!
