WHO WE ARE

Track & Field Club

VA House of Speed program was designed to offer exceptionally talented and committed athletes in our track & field program the ability to compete on a wider, national scale, particularly through the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Junior Olympics in ages 7 to 18 years old.

Our program caters towards all available track distances and field events (including throwing events). The VA House of Speed goal is to give individualized instruction, maximize our student-athletes’ development, and provide opportunities for personal growth both on and off the track.

Coaches

The VA House of Speed coaches all have collegiate Track & Field experience, and they have been coaching student-athletes for years prior to the formation of the club. Some of the coaches’ accomplishments include:

  • Athletes of University of Michigan, West Point, George Mason University & US Air Force Academy
  • Big-Ten All-American track athlete
  • Head Sprints & Field Event Coach at a local high school
  • National HS Champion in the 400m
